For those of you who have expired accounts and can no longer access your SHMC website, please follow the instructions below to renew your account so that you can access your members area again.

1) Click on this link below,

2) Login with your username and password as per normal. If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Your Login/Password? option to retrieve your password.

3) You will see a page that requests you to make payment to renew your membership. If you have enough ewallet balance, you can use your ewallet balance to renew your membership. If not, you can use your credit/debit VISA or MASTERCARD to make payment. For Singapore/Malaysia members, you can also use bank deposit transfer.

Please inform all your expired members about these instructions so that they can renew their memberships on time and not lose access to their websites and accounts.

Take note, our system sends out auto-email reminders 7 days and 1 day before your membership expires. So do remind your team members to renew their memberships early so as to avoid any problems later on.
